The criticism is getting bigger because Su–won Woman murder ‘killer’ O Won Choon’s death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment.
The reason of commutation is “It is hard to predicate that he killed her because he provide the human fresh.”
The netizens said in chorus, “Even if he didn’t suppose to provide the human fresh, It is too light sentence to someone who committed a crime against humanity that sliced the body in 350 pieces.”, “He deserve to die.”
Last 18th, Reversing the verdict of the first trial, Seoul High Court Crown office 5 sentenced the imprisonment O won Choon who was accused of the murder, ordered to release the identity and wear an electronic anklet for 3 years.
The justice department said about the reason of commutation “The most important thing that judge a punishment to him is purpose to provide the human fresh, but It is hard to predicate that considered a method of body damage or shape, way of storage, detailes of crime. It is hard to say he killed designedly.”
Finally the justice department decided “O Won Choon is extremely lacking of morality and guilty conscience, so he deserve to isolated from the society.” and determined the life imprisonment.
Last April 1st in Su-won, O Won Choon kidnapped 28 years old ms. A to purpose of rape, then killed and sliced her body in 350 pieces because she defied.
So, Seoul High Court Crown office said “He had intention or purpose of providing the human flesh.” and sentenced the capital punishment at the first trial.
That is just a sad, sick story. There's no sense in it. I'm glad he'll be in prison forever.
