Try not to eat too much salty, spicy and hot food


What makes your body harmful, if you take in too much salt, is Natrium, the main component of salt. Too much intaking sodium chloride causes high blood and renal diseases.
Also, salty, spicy and hot foods make you want more strong-tasting foods by losing your taste. As these kind of dangerous situation happens frequently, it causes bad influence on cancer like esophagus cancer, oral cancer and gastric cancer.

Don’t skip your meals.
More and more people have skipped their meals for many wrong reasons, including being tired, getting up late, feeling light and others.
Skipping breakfast causes overweight because it makes people eat too much food for their longer empty time.

Try not to eat too much meat.


Although meat is one of good sources of proteins, it increases the amount of toxins inside our intestine, because most of asians have longer intestine than western people.
If you love eating meat, it brings hypernutrition as we intake too much animal proteins.
Moreover, amine, the cancer-causing agent, provided by breaking down proteins, is one of materials for nitrosoamine.

Do not drink alcohol too much.

One research indicates that the number of drinkers has increased. The fact that 90% of Korean people are called ‘drinker’ and 7 out of 10 drinkers are heavy drinker is shocking.
Drinking alcohol causes many different physiological phenomena like headache, fatigue and others. Additionally, alcohol is the main factor that harms the central nervous system. Some patients suffered from hepatitis, hepatocirrhosis ,liver cancer say alcohol is the main thing that make their diseases worse

  1. Alcohol is a big cause of weight gain as well. And not only because people tend to eat a lot of bad food when they drink :-)
