Hanguk News is a blog dedicated to the transcription of Korean news into English. This is being undertaken by students at Sangmyung University in Seoul, South Korea as part of writing courses taught by Daniel Craig (blog admin). These are collections of stories that are of interest to them and, hopefully, of interest to you.
There is likely to be some overlap in stories. This is beneficial in a couple respects:(1) you can see how the same report is translated by two people, or(2) you can see how two outlets reported on the same story.
You can also help these students by posting your comments to their transcriptions. Suggestions for improving their writing or comments on the topics would really help to engage and, hopefully, motivate the students to go beyond a one-off posting and interact with the audience (you).
