People are under a lot of stress from Social Networking Service (SNS). Because of the system which automatically open their private life on cyberspace, and the tiredness from managing their own places. Most of Koreans have a unique rivalry that ‘If other people do, then I do, too.’ It also plays a role to make people get tired. Once they start ‘Facebook’ or play ‘Anipang,’ they just keep focusing on them in order to increase a number of friends or make score at least as same as other people do, because they want to show their strong influence to people on SNS.
Especially ‘Anipang’ which became the most famous mobile game in Korea by recording over 20 million downloading, harasses people by sending messages anytime even at night to get some game items: hearts, due to its connection with ‘Kakao talk,’ the most popular messenger application. In another survey of nearly 3000 of ‘Anipang’ users by ‘Do it Survey,’ about 40% of them said they get a stress because of ‘the heart message.’ For these reasons, many people want to know how to block the heart message.
A professor of Information Sociology said we cannot live without SNS which has unlimited expanded network in the future, so he advised that people need to make their own securing system for privacy and try to block the unwanted messages aggressively.

People talk about ditching SNS all the time, but they rarely do. We are too dependent on it. I'd love to ditch Facebook, but it's the only way I can communicate with family and friends abroad. People don't use email the same way anymore. I'm just stuck with it.
