According to paper from U.S. House of Representatives 24 years ago, "Hu Rak Lee managed Korean former president Park's account of Swiss bank."

Chi Yong Ahn revealed fraser report "ledger and son of Hu Rak Lee confirm it.",election camp of former president Park's daughter(I will just call Ms Park)"It doesn't exist."


According to paper from U.S. House of Representatives  24 years ago, Influential people of a former president Park deposited large sum of money in Swiss bank account for President Park. Therfore, many people focus on its truth.

This gossip is included in the Fraser hearing paper from Chi Yong Ahn who is a Korean reporter resident in U.S. revealed lately. Mr Ahn said "I am sure that president Park commanded Hu Rak Lee to manage his secret fund.", "Ms Park who is a candidate of presidential election should confress about her father's fault.".

According to a text with page 233~234 from report of the Fraser hearing uploaded in Chi Yong Ahn's blog called 'Secret of Korea' on October 6th, President Park deposited his political funds in Swiss bank account for managing it. Also, Sung Kon Kim bribe funds to Youngsu Yuk who is wife of President Park. Besides, Tong Hun Lee who is son of Hu Rak Lee testified existing of account.

In the bottom of the report writed, H. R. Lee, S. K. Kim, and Hyung Wook Kim had one hundred million U.S dollars in 1970. Also, testimny from a subcommittee said H.W. Kim managed 750000 dollars for his own use that is saved by S.K. Kim.

H.W. Kim testified he provided funds for President Park and wife, Ill Kwon Chung, Hu Rak Lee and, Chong Kyu Park by paper. (However, Mr Ahn explain he doesn't find evidence about Ms Yuk.)
 
According to secured documents and testimony by second lieutenant, the funds were deposited in Swiss bank account ostensibly. But, according to reported reference, subcommittee recorded the money were stayed in cabinet under the desk of the Blue House.
 
Fraser second lieutenant recorded existence of account was confirmed by ledger and Tong Hun Lee, close confident of government bureaucratcy. Also, Tong Hun Lee statemented the money in account are for government funds.
 
In addition, Tong Hun Lee statemented Hu Rak Lee maintained 2 million dollars account in Japan bank for his own.

Besides, Mr Ahn who revealed the documents recorded "Tong Hun Lee statemented necessity of government funds was existed for luring his supporters and buying off leaders of the opposing part.
 
As a result, Mr Ahn is confident of account existence. However, he can't accurate amount of the money. On the back of that analysis, Faser statemented the Chief Officer of the Presidential Security Jong Kyu Park succeed to manage the funds after Hu Rak Lee lose his position.
 
If so, where tha money is going After President Park is mudered on October 26th in 1979.
 
Mr Ahn guesses "Perhaps, It is already withdrawn by somebody. We have to regain that black funds. and, claws it back to state coffers. Because, it is paid for secret deal that selling rights for Republic of Korea."
 
Also, Mr Ahn said "If Ms Park want to be a real leader called president, It is very important thing to do that she should confess about it fully."
 
Nevertheless, side of Ms Park's election camp is repudiating existence of President Park's secret Swss account.
 
A response for newspaper of Jung Hyun Lee who is head of communications director in Park's camp is "The problem of Swiss account came out into the open that it isn't existence by court." Also, he talk to us "We are spokeperson of Ms Park, not for President Park."

    Is anyone surprised that Park amassed so much money? It's pretty obvious to me.
