Is it at a disadvantage for Obama?

Hurricane'sandy' makes hard to predict upcoming result of america presidental vote.

Obama visited a site of disaster stopping election campaign to reinforce image of disaster commander until Oct,30th. He will resume campaign in Wisconsin, Nevada, Colorado. Romney, whereas, began the campaign at competition state.

Each camp is trying to predict the effect which 'sandy' will brings to the election and preparing the strategy.

According to a investigation agency, Delaware, Maryland, Conneticut including New york, New Jersey where are favorable voting constituency for Obama and are harmed by hurricane  may decrease number of people to visit the polling place. In this case, Obama   will make a loss of the whole vote.

Some say that it should be postponed the day of vote cause of hurricane, but, most think that it is unrealistic. There is some realistic suggestion that the polling hours is extended by judgement of their own governor. However, that suggestion is still tough because it may bring confusion.

If there are ballot in out of hours, there should be provisional ballot and the ballot paper will be counted after the voting day.
It means that there might be impossibe to determine which is a elected president.
