  1. I have been hearing about galbi tacos for a long time now. I'd really love to try them. I've made my own at home, but I'm sure these would be better.

It's funny, but the creator of this business was actually trained at the American Culinary Institute.

Have you tried anything like this? Do you think that it's good to popularize fusion Korean food rather than traditional Korean food?

  2. Honestly, I don't like Korean traditional foods such as Kimchi, Galbi, Bibimbab and so on to be changed to fusion food. Japanese foods like Susi and Udong have been popular across the world and it is easy to find a Japanese restaurant, wherever we go. Like Japan, we also are able to meet foreigners' taste without changing their unique flavour.

  3. I'm not sure what you have experienced, but Japanese food does change from place to place. A California Roll is certainly not traditional Japanese. This is true for most foods. Even fast food changes somewhat from place to place to match the tastes of the local residents. McDonald's serves bulgogi burgers in Korea. Pizza Hut has pizzas with toppings and crusts you'd never find in one of their American stores. Heck, even the hugely Chinese favorite, fortune cookies, were born in San Francisco :)

  4. It is a pity that the real Korean food is not a thing that have been invited to that party, however i'm pretty sure that this is easier way to popularize Korean food to the world.

Otherwise, Foriegners are not used to taste Korean style of food like 된장, 청국장 which has strong and somwhat uncomfortable smells, they wouldnt like it.

Though Koreans,We love and proud of our Korean food, for the purpose to make it famous, I definately agree with Korean food with a bit of change .
