North Korea without warning… an atmosphere is uncommon.

 U.S. government captured North Korea’s movement of launching a long range ballistic missile and be founded that they notified to South Korea and Japan.

 Depended on Asahi newspaper, U.S. captured the freight which looked like components of missile located in San-um dong, Pyoung-yang si carried to the missile firing base located in Dong-chang ri, Pyoung-an buk-do by satellite in the beginning of this month.

 The freight which captured by satellite is revealed that conformed to a long range ballistic missile launched by North Korea in last April. Last April, the firing was performed 20 days after the time of the freight conveyance, so technically seems that the launching will be possible in the end of this month. At that time, one month before the launching, North Korea gave advance notice “We will launch the rocket with satellite” and also informed to IMO in advance.

 Depended on Jo-sun joong-ang news agency, last 15^th, North Korea announced ‘We will launch the utility satellite continuously’ in the United Nations General Assembly but now 22^nd of November, we have a situation which doesn’t have previous notice of launching concretely.

 There is a skeptical view that North Korea really launching the satellite in this stage because South Korea will have a presidential election in next month and there will be important conference between North Korea and Japan. It also has external fluent that secondary Administration of Barack Obama will be launch in U.S on January of the coming year.

 Three presidential candidates who will lead the next Administration of South Korea spoke that they will try to have the South-North dialogue so it is uncertain that North Korea will go through with launching missile put up with resist of international society.

 Some say, this action of North Korea is ‘Brinkmanship’ because they will ask for economic support which is cost of the relieve tension on the Korean Peninsula.

 Asahi newspaper reported that there is an opinion which is technically impossible to launch the missile on the seven months because it will take one to two year to finding the cause of failure and improve the airframe of missile of April which exploded in the air.

 But the newspaper also analyzed that it still has a possibility of military authorities of North Korea launch the missile to show off their existence.
