The "2009 Asia Song Festival" started at 6 p.m. Sept 19 2009 at Seoul World Cup Stadium in Sangam-dong,western Seoul.The soon festival has become of Asia's biggest music fetivals since its beginning in 2004.

Korea’s representative singers who will take part in this festival are an idol group of 13 men, ‘Super Junior’ which won popularity throughout Asia including Japan, Taiwan and Thailand as well as Korea and ‘Girl’s Generation’ which started the golden age of Korean female idol group since 2007 and has grown as national idol female group as beloved by all generations and genders after releasing single album, “Gee” this year.
Don not missed "wavering dance". Gackt 、Big Bang and Girl’s Generation ,their wonderful performance drew forth enthusiastic applause of the audience.They was fascinated by their superb performance.
Among Japanese top artists are the most popular male solo singer and visual rock singer, ‘Gackt’ who successfully performed single concert in Korea
The performers of this year include not only the top idol groups of Korea, Bin Bang,Super Junior,Girl’s Generation and but also Gackt and Mihimaru GT from Japan, Chinese star Chris lee,Taiwanese popular singer/dancer Show Luo, Hong Kong cantopop singer Ekin Cheng,Thailand's five boy band K-Otic, Vietnamese top singer Ho Ngoc Ha,Agnes Monica of Indonesia, and Ruslana of Ukraine.Asia’s top 14 artists from 9 countries participated.
