Apple & Samsung disputing with lawsuit verdict.

Apple "7hundred million additionally compensation" VS Samsung "problem with verdict, request retrial"

-US court will pronounce patent verdict law suit final verdict on 12.6

-Despite ''no innovation on Iphone 5", Iphone 5 already sold 8 millon stocks.




 In the lawsuit of patent, Apple claimed that American Federal Court have to verdict more compenasation charge 750 million dollars to Samsung exept that previously charged 1,050million dollars.

 In aggainst that, Samsung requset the Court to reduce imposed charge and to hold retrial.
The both side of Counsel will submit a final concluding paper to U.S California Northern district court.

 while Apple suggested July to assess additional compensation charge since previously imposed charge to Samsung doesn't fit to Apple's amont of demage, also reclaimed that permanace ban for Samsung to sale 26 kind of Smart phone and Tablet pc in U.S.
 

 about that, the Samsung attorney insisted that U.S July verdict was unfair, claiming that if the July have thought rationally, they should have not decieded that amount of charge. So, they have to cut off the amount. also, there was not equitable treatment.
In addition, Samsung announced they going to sue for patent infringement for Iphone5.

Cheif justice judge Lucy-Go will adjudicate the final judgement based on the opinions of both sides on upcoming 12.6
 
 One side, despite the crticism "there's no Steve Jobs's innovation on Iphone5", Apple started selling Iphone5 at 9 countries including U.S, France, U.K. each store croweded with customer and showed explosive purchasing rate. one of the customer Hajem who first get Iphone 5 from New York Manhatton 5 avenue said, " I stood in line 9 days ago before Iphone5 was started to sold".  In Hong-Kong , Security guard permitted to customer who book in advance. Iphone5's fisrt week sales estimated over 8million dollars which is prevail previous salesrecord.

    I think that you did more work that you had to. For this assignment, I stated that you only needed to do a summary (not paraphrase/complete translation. However, doing more than required is not a bad thing :-) I obviously didn't make this clear because I'm adding this same message to many of the postings.

    Do you mean that Apple is asking for 750,000,000 more in addition to the original 1,000,000,000?
